Fees

A $300 entry fee applies to every vehicle entered, and a seller's fee of 8% of the hammer price is charged when your vehicle sells. Nothing is payable now. We confirm the fees when we come back to you.

Title and VIN

By submitting, owner confirms that the VIN on the title matches the VIN on the vehicle and acknowledges that the vehicle is subject to rejection if it does not match the VIN plate or is not the original manufacturer plate or state assigned VIN. Owner understands that all VIN numbers may be decoded. Owner of record on the title will be paid the proceeds from the vehicle sale without exception. A Federal odometer statement will be required for any vehicle with a model year less than 10 years old. In most cases this is incorporated into your title. Vehicles over 10 years old are exempt.

Required items

Title: A copy of the title front & back side of the US title must be submitted.

Photographs: Photos per above must be submitted.

Documentation: If the vehicle has documentation establishing its history or provenance, include copies.

Terms & conditions

Owner hereby understands and confirms that this is a request to be considered for consignment and nor does it guarantee or constitute an agreement to accept the vehicle for auction. Incomplete requests will not be considered. If owner's vehicle has been chosen for a live auction event a car specialist will be in touch to discuss the consignment process. If a lot number is issued for the live auction, owner agrees not to withdraw the vehicle and that it will not be marketed for sale elsewhere prior thereto. Owner understands that the company cannot guarantee the run time of the vehicle across the auction block.

Owner represents and warrants that they are the legal owner of the vehicle; said vehicle is free and clear of any and all registered and unregistered liens, security interests, tax or duty obligations or other encumbrances or contrary liens whatsoever, except as set out in the 'Lienholder information' form attached hereto and have permission from lienholder to sell vehicle, and funds will be used to pay lienholder first. Any lien balance is responsibility of the owner. Owner hereby authorizes company exclusive right to market and sell the vehicle on their behalf.

Owner also represents and warrants that all information provided herein is true and correct, including but not limited to the identifying and descriptive information provided by owner. Owner hereby confirms they have read, understand, & agree to all the terms and conditions contained herein, and represents and warrants that the vehicle described above is true, accurate, & that the owner has acted in good faith by supplying the aforementioned information of which may be relied upon as true & correct.
